Shipping Policy
At Uniquely Loved, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. This includes fast and reliable shipping, so you can receive your orders in a timely manner. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:
ORDER PROCESSING:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1- 3 business days from the date of purchase. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the destination. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS, but we may also use other carriers if necessary.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 4 -15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, and international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.
SHIPPING RATES:
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders that don't fall under our free shipping offers, which will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are happy to offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to track your package online and get real-time updates on its delivery status through our track my order page.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Our refund policy allows customers to cancel their order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the customer doesn't cancel within this timeframe, we cannot cancel the order. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service, and we want to make sure that our refund policy reflects that commitment. Thank you for choosing our company.
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE:
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date in its original packaging and in 100% condition.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Uniquely Loved has the right to refuse returns pass the 15 days time period after delivery.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
