SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Where do you ship to?
We do ship worldwide. However, if our courier does not ship to your country, we will inform you right away to make the necessary changes to your order or refund your order in full. We do not currently ship to Russia and Ukraine.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. Please note that duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long does shipping take for US orders?
Once your order ships from one of our warehouses, most items are delivered to the customer within 3 - 10 days after the item ships.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process, you can enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will be available 1-2 days after your order. Please do reach out to our support team via email if you have not received yours after 3 days at support@uniquelylovedstore.com.
ORDER QUESTIONS
How do I place an order?
If your item comes in different sizes or colors, please carefully choose your correct size or color before clicking "Add to Cart." You will then be directed to our Cart page, where you can review your item(s) and proceed to enter the Shipping Address to process your order.
When will I get my order?
Please note that we require an average of 1 to 3 working days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our team with tracking details to track your order.
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you want to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after placing the order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal payments.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order, you should receive an email notification in the email you entered during the checkout process. Also, if you have provided a mobile phone number, you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours after an order is placed. Please contact our support team immediately if you have to cancel your order for any reason. We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time-sensitive.

Where are your items produced?
The Uniquely Loved Store partners with various manufacturers from all over the world. We collaborate with both small and giant producers to bring you the highest quality products. Our reliable partners are in the US, Europe, China, Japan, etc.
What if there are missing items or products arrived incorrectly?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@uniquelylovedstore.com. Please provide your order number (Order #) and proof of missing items, such as a picture of what was delivered. We understand that emailing photos or videos is less convenient nowadays. You can always message us and send us photos/videos via Facebook or Instagram for faster response.
